Trustees

The Marlborough Public Library Board of Trustees is a nine member volunteer board that governs the library. Trustees are responsible for hiring and evaluating the Director, setting library policy, advocating for the library and acting as liaisons to the Mayor and City Council members. Library Trustees are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council for three year terms. The Board of Trustees meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. from September through June and as necessary during the summer months.
