Have you met Odie? He visits the library once a month with his favorite human, Rachel. Kids who want to practice their reading are invited to cuddle up with a good book and a nice doggie, and gain confidence in their reading skills. Keep an eye on our Event Calendar to find our when he will be here next!
Do you like to read? Paint? Invent things in your secret laboratory? We have a club for you! Stop by, have fun, and meet other kids who like the same things you do.
Older elementary students who are fans of fantasy may want to check out the Muggle Support Group, where we talk about a different fantasy book every month! Kids just learning to read (in grades K-1) should stop by the New Kids on the Book club on the first Thursday of each month, and get reading!
Budding artists can explore a different medium each month with Debby in The Art Club Learn about clay, paint, felt, and more! Those more interested in the sciences might prefer to join Mad Science, and experiment with new techniques and concepts. Builders should come for our monthly LEGO Club and see what they can create! Chess Club will be meeting on the first Saturday of the month. Open to all skill level, but please know the basics before you attend.
Some of our clubs require registration. Check our Event Calendar for details!
